REFUND POLICY

We do not offer return/refund for change of mind.
If a product is damaged, incorrect or faulty, you should contact us within 5 days of receiving the product on our Facebook page or at delicacies.et.al@gmail.com to arrange your return or exchange. You must comply with directions or instructions given by us in relation to returning the damaged, faulty or defective products to us. Products must be returned with proof of purchase and on it's original state. If there are any alterations done, or the item has been faulty and it's proven that the buyer caused this , we have the right to reimburse the repair cost or any damage done to the item.
