Your delivery fee will be calculated during the checkout process, depending on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Delivery to most metro areas will take up to 5 business days, and customers located in rural areas will take up 7-10 business days

Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to prepare, pick and dispatch your order.

Please note that this flat rate fee, delivery times will vary depending on the time of the year and our order volumes.

We will always strive to provide value and a seamless customer experience.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

Delicacies Et-Al doesn't cover the return of the parcel. This cost will be your responsibility

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
