HOW DOES PASABUY WORK?

1. Fill out the Pasabuy/Pasabox order form. Please upload the exact picture of the items that you want with their corresponding weight. If there are more than 10 items, you can upload a file using the 'upload a file' button. 

Alternatively, you can email us at delicacies.et.al@gmail.com with the photos.

2. On the 'Message box field', please let us know if you have any notes or if you want to add more specifications to your orders. 

3. After submitting your order form, our team will process it and we will send you a quote for your orders within 1-2 days. 

4. Once you receive your quote, let us know your final orders and quantity of the items.

5. We will send your first invoice for the prices of the goods. This should be paid in full before we can buy your items in the Philippines. The payment for our Pasabuy rates is due once your orders have arrived here in Australia as we need to weigh the items first before we can finalize the weight of your Pasabuys.

HOW MUCH DO WE CHARGE?

Pasabuy/Pasabox rates

1kg to 10kgs - 35 AUD per kg of chargeable weight
11kg to 20kgs - 30AUD per kg of chargeable weight

Pasabox

10kgs to 15kgs  35aud per kg of chargeable weight
16kgs to 25kgs 33aud  per kg of chargeable weight
26kgs and up. 30aud  per kg of chargeable weight
Small parcels/boxes to be quote.

*Note: CHARGEABLE WEIGHT = higher between ACTUAL WEIGHT and VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT!!!

Even if your package is light weight , but it takes up the space of the whole box ,DHL will bill you the Volumetric weight not the actual weight
e.g. box 8 chargeable weight is 25kgs if you send a whole comforter and it weight 15kgs the box will still be charged 25kgs, so it's better to maximise the box , actual weight must be within 20to25 kgs for box 8 
Box 7 from 15to20kgs
Box 6 from 10to15kgs etc
If the kilo exceed by .1(1.1kg) its automatically round off as the DHL rules

Price of goods (e.g. food, clothing, shoes), peso price will be converted to AUD + charge for Pasabuys/Pasabox 

 

PASABUYS ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

There will be a charge of $10 if you want us to buy the items for you. This will be paid to our 'Tagabili' in The Philippines. This are for items that can be bought at online store(PH Only),malls, supermarket or Watsons only. 

Alternatively, you can order the items online yourself and send it to our address in The Philippines. This will incur a one off $5 handling fee paid to the person who will receive it in the Philippines.

 

 

PASABOX ADDITIONAL CHARGES: 

There is an additional charge of $15 AUD to cover packaging materials such as bubblewraps, fillers, boxes and service fee to the person assisting your pasabox. 

An additional charge of $40 may be incurred for pick up at remote area of the Philippines for Pasabox. This is charged by DHL.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Our cutoff for collecting orders is every Sunday and Thursday. The boxes usually leave Philippines on Mondays and Friday. It will then arrive in Australia within 5-7 days.

We aim to complete your orders within 2-3 weeks after your first payment.

For Pasabox, your boxes will go straight to your address in Australia. For Pasabuys, you will have to shoulder the shipping fee of Australia post from our Melbourne hub to your address.

WHAT GOODS ARE NOT ALLOWED?

  • Flammable items 
  • Raw and frozen goods
  • Jewelry
  • Products with fake brands or logo
  • Medicines that require prescription
  • Products banned by FDA

 

NOTES:

You can directly purchase the products you want or ask your relatives to buy them for you in the Philippines. You just have to ship it to our Philippine address which will be given to you once we confirm that they are allowed to be shipped. Please send a photo of the goods before we send the address for our warehouse in the Philippines. 

For cosmetics or healthcare products, you have to provide an MSDS or FDA certificate for customs purposes.

All charges are just estimates, the ""Courier Services"" will still re‐weigh and finalise all the duties and taxes or charges (if applicable), 50% will be paid upon pick up of goods and the remaining 50% once delivered to your place."
